The Primary Health Care Program** is one of the core humanitarian programs of LDS Health Care dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities. Guided by the principles of compassion, service, and respect for human dignity, the program ensures that essential health services are accessible to vulnerable and underserved populations regardless of their background or ability to pay.

The program provides comprehensive primary health care services, including medical consultations, diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses, maternal and child health care, immunization, nutrition support, disease prevention, health education, basic laboratory services, pharmacy support, and referral to specialized health facilities when necessary.

LDS Health Care also promotes preventive health through community outreach, health screenings, vaccination campaigns, hygiene education, and awareness programs on nutrition, sanitation, and healthy lifestyles. These initiatives help prevent disease, encourage early treatment, and improve overall community health.

Working closely with governments, local health facilities, community health workers, and humanitarian partners, LDS Health Care strengthens health systems by supporting healthcare workers, improving access to essential medicines and equipment, and expanding quality health services to remote and underserved communities.
